– Cruise must be booked through Schmitt Sunshine Cruises.
– You certify the photograph(s) you submit are yours, you own the copyright, and you release Schmitt Sunshine Cruises to use said photograph(s) for advertising and/or marketing purposes.
– Winning photograph will be chosen by Schmitt Sunshine Cruises and is not open for dispute.
– Direct employees of Schmitt Sunshine Cruises are not permitted to enter.
– Submission of photograph(s) is contingent upon your acceptance of these terms.
– Deadline for submission of photographs is January 31, 2018. Winner will be chosen and notified within 7 business days of deadline.
